Here is an example of a 3 day Siem Reap/Angkor Temple Tour Experience:

Day 1

Leave Phnom Penh earlier morning for Siem Reap. On the way stop for breakfast and washroom at historic Spider Town where you can experience the lost history of hand pumping rice machines, coconut bean sticky rice, and delectable local snacks including tarantulas, crickets, and other exotic hour'dourvers.

Once in Siem Reap we will stop for lunch and relax in the hammocks at the local restaurants.

In the late afternoon we will go to the Angkor Wat ticket office to purchase a ticket ($37.00/person/day) and then head over to the Angkor Museum (Free of Charge). At 4.30 PM we will visit the Sunset at BaKaing Mountain Dinner and watch Khmer traditional dancing

Day 2

5 AM leave for Sunrise (optional) at Angkor Watt
2 to 4 hour tour in Angkor Wat temple (called small Angkor)
Breakfast near to Bayon temple
2 to 4 hour tour in Bayon temple
Lunch and Relaxing
1 to 2 hours tour in Taprum temple
Back to hotel and relaxing
Dinner and Shopping at Night Market and Pub Street (till late night)

Day 3

Breakfast in Hotel
Leave for Kg Pong Klaing Floating village (just on the way to Phnom Penh), where you can ride the boat on the Tonle Sap to see the beautiful floating house built on the water.

Trip Fees

Hotel Room rate $30 to $80 (you can choose to pay before you arrive)
Transportation for 3 days $280 +$50 for extra visit to Koulen mountain and Banteay Srey temple
Tour Guide for Angkor $50 (or you can choose not to have tour guide)
Ticket for Temples $37 per person for one day
